I got my certification today. There’s been all sorts of cross over training at the gym and in order to be able to switch from front desk to floor staff and in order to do so, we had to be trained to instruct abs courses.
Today? I got my certification.
Go ask boyfriend how he’s feeling…I’ve been practicing my routines on him. Earlier this week? He was hurting for three days.
I am officially, a certified ass kicker…rather…abs instructor.
