Newbies and Goodies version 2

It’s that time again, I feel like featuring some of the new blogs I’ve found as of late, and want to share with you all since for the first time in almost two weeks, the end of my google reader is starting to clear out. Wahoo! I love being caught up. 900+ entries in my google reader makes me anxious.

Five Blondes - a blog by sisters. These gals are so awesome, it’s sad that at the age of 25 i’m barely starting to have a relationship like that with my sister. Not to mention their mom blogs also! A bloggy family! How cute!

My Life in Pink and Green - I have an affinity for this gang of preppy bloggers even though I’m totally a lurker because I fear I’m not nearly preppy/cool enough for them. But also, because for some reason over the past few months, I’ve become more and more preppy: wearing pearls more often, buying madras print, shopping almost exclusively at JCrew, Ann Taylor Loft, and Target because I seem to have the best luck there for preppy goodies and salivating over anything and everything from Vineyard Vines and Lily Pullitzer (both of which are WAYY out of my price range) and like to get…ideas from them. They’re all so incredibly clever and cute and gah! I want to find Lily stuff at Marshalls! Not to mention, this gal is a wedding planner and as boyfriend and i have been talking more and more about gettin’ hitched…i’ve been salivating over bridal blogs. But seriously, this girl? Awesome.

Along those lines, I recently came across The Preppy Wedding which was featured on Molly’s Blog…and fell in love. For the same reasons listed above. Gawd i can’t wait to actually PLAN my wedding!

Finally, along the preppy lines, I’ve been reading Preppy, Pink Crocodile for a while and finally delurked on her blog so for that fact alone, I needed to share. Did i mention she’s the one that I read about finding Lily Pulitzer stuff at Marshall’s??!!

That’s all for now, I know I know…I need to update my Links of Interest page now, but I’ve been too damn lazy what with unpacking, packing, traveling, coming home, cleaning, running (well…not running is more like it), working too much…far too early for that matter and all the in betweens.  I’ll update it when I feel like it.
