I completed a 30 day workout challenge back when we were in CT and I was working for lululemon up there. It was tons of fun. This morning, I was laying in bed thinking about how much joy I had when I would spend evenings and mornings in hot yoga classes with some amazing ladies who became close friends.
I decided the other day I would do another 30 day yoga challenge, mostly to take it easy but also to do something which I often feel like I’m not doing enough for myself and baby.
So when I saw Fitnessista’s Namaste November in my google reader, I was sold. The premises is to do at least ten minutes of yoga every day in November with one lucky participant winning a lululemon gift card at the end. I thought – I can TOTALLY do that. So I signed up. Then I bought this on Amazon.
It had good reviews, wasn’t too expensive so I’ll let you know what I think. I mean, I definitely want to get out to yoga classes in the community at some of my favorite studios, but let’s be honest they can be pricey and there are like NO prenatal classes in town – only on THURSDAY MORNINGS AT 8:30…hi. People work.
