Life in Pink
Heidi, I’m sure you are overwhelmed by emails at this point. I too was drawn to your blog by the PostXpress. Your frustration and experience at Best Buy sound all too familiar. What a load of crap. I fondly remember the 1980′s when the customer was the number one priority. No longer, payroll, fast inventory turn, and average sale replaced good ol’ customer service. Based on my experience, you will likely return to Best Buy at some point in the future, drawn by personal economics. Hold out as long as you are able!
Former Best Buy Customer
Former Sears (where America Shops) Customer
